February 17, 2010

EAST LANSING, MI. - Michigan State suffered an abrupt end to the 2009 season in a disappointing loss to Buffalo in the CCLA semi-final game. In 2010, with a schedule that includes six top 25 teams, the Spartans have Denver on their mind.

Last season the majority of the offense was generated through the attack. However in 2010, Coach Hicks has stepped up the offensive scheme and brought on Chris Cooper as the Spartans’ new offensive coordinator. Cooper played four years at Central Michigan and brings with him an exciting, high octane energy that has translated well into Spartans’ offense.
